Nursing EPP Course
The EPP course for nursing content creator is expected to deliver consistently high-quality work with minimal input from the Medical Director, planning, creating, proofreading, annotating, and managing scientific content for an assigned account(s) addressing different target audiences. Must be literate in English and Hebrew. This role has the potential of acting as the Medical Lead for a specific client, depending on Red Nucleus needs, experience, and expertise. Content could be delivered through a variety of print and digital formats, including newsletters, articles, slide presentations, executive summaries, eLearning platforms, and Web applications. The Senior Medical Writer is expected to lead individual projects and client communications, when appropriate, and provide internal team/client(s) with strategic medical communication recommendations that support the achievement of brand goals in the marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS

The desired candidate should be a team leader/mentor who is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic in practice. Strong communication, scheduling flexibility, keen attention to detail, desire to mentor/educate, ability to manage multiple projects, and critical thinking are essential skills for success in this role. Must be proficient in English and Hebrew
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

BSN or higher, along a valid nursing license

5 + years of clinical experience and leadership skills are

Certifications in nursing management.

5 + years experience managing nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care.
